Stafford End of Day Dismissal Procedures & Dismissal Changes

📢 IMPORTANT DISMISSAL UPDATE! 

We’re making dismissal safer, smoother, and easier for everyone at Stafford! We have two new Google Forms that we are asking families to use going forward.  Please see the attached document for information regarding our dismissal procedures and expectations:

In the past we have utilized a blue paper dismissal information form.  Going forward we will begin utilizing our new Google form:  Stafford School Dismissal Information 26-27 SY - this form replaces the blue paper dismissal form. 

⚠️ Important: Beginning this school year, we will NO LONGER be accepting verbal dismissal changes. All dismissal changes must be submitted through our new Dismissal Change Google Form so that we have a clear, written record and can help ensure the safety of every student:  Daily Dismissal Change Form 
**Please do not send ParentSquare messages to teachers to make dismissal changes.  Teachers are no longer able to accept these changes and will direct you to complete the dismissal change form noted in this message.
