We are excited to announce our upcoming Stafford School Carnival on Friday June 5th, 5:00-6:30 PM! To make this event a success, we need your help. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to run individual booths at the carnival.

What Volunteers Will Do:

• Choose a booth to manage (games, food, crafts, or other fun activities).
• Plan and organize all aspects of your booth, including supplies and decorations.
• Operate your booth during the carnival and ensure it runs smoothly.

Important Information:

• Each volunteer is responsible for purchasing and supplying everything needed for their booth.
• Volunteers should be available for the full duration of the carnival.

Sign-Up Instructions:

1. Choose a booth you’d like to run.
2. Complete the sign-up form below.
3. Submit your booth plan ASAP so we can coordinate space and logistics.
