Dear Stafford School Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to invite you to participate in our Stafford 5th Grade Prize Calendar Raffle! This is a wonderful opportunity to support our 5th-grade class, with all funds raised going toward their end-of-year activities.

How it Works:

Cost: Each calendar costs $10.00.
Chances to Win: For every calendar you purchase, you have the potential to win up to 28 different prizes. You can purchase more than one calendar to increase your chances!
Daily Drawings: One winner will be drawn every day throughout the month of February 2026.
Stay in the Game: After a winner is drawn, their slip is returned to the drawing, meaning you can win more than once!
Prizes: Our prize list includes gift cards to Amazon, Target, and local favorites like Chunky Tomato's and Harvest Bakery, as well as exciting items like Yard Goats tickets and an ESPN merchandise bundle!

How to Enter:

Fill out the entry slip attached to the prize calendar (See attachment). *Paper copies were distributed to all students. Extra copies will be available in the office.
Send the completed slip to the Stafford School office with your payment by January 30, 2026.
We accept payment by cash, check (payable to Stafford PTO), or credit/debit card via the "Square" QR code on the calendar.

Winners will be contacted by phone and posted on the Stafford Elementary School Families Facebook group.
