Dear Stafford School 5th Grade Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to announce a special fundraising initiative for our 5th-grade class: a Prize Calendar Raffle! This fundraiser will help support our end-of-year activities, including the class trip and Promotion celebration.

We are reaching out to you, our dedicated school community, for help in making this a great success. To create a calendar filled with exciting daily prizes (28) for the month of February, we are asking for donations of:

Raffle Prizes: New items that would appeal to families or students (e.g., small electronics, board games, toys, local experiences). (Value: $25 or more)
Gift Cards: Cards from local businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, or major retailers. (Value: $25 or more)
Cash Donations: This allows us to purchase specific high-value items or fill in any gaps for the calendar. ($25 or more!)

Important Details:

Donation Deadline: Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025
Purpose: To create the Prize Calendar for publication on January 2nd, 2026.
Where to Send Donations: Please send all donations to the Stafford School Office.

Your generous contribution will directly help us give our 5th graders a memorable final year at Stafford School.
