I hope the school year is off to a great start for you and your family!

We are fortunate here in Bristol to offer a dental program within our school system. For some students, this may be their first dental visit; for others, it’s a valuable opportunity for continued dental care.

A yellow dental permission slip was included in your child’s first day of school packet. If you have already returned it—thank you!

For those students whose forms we have not yet received, a new yellow permission slip has been sent home. Even if you choose not to participate in the program, we kindly ask that you complete and return the form so we can confirm that you’ve received it.
